In addition to the three apprentices in the field of confectionery technology and one as an industrial clerk, we are starting a new apprenticeship in e-commerce for the very first time this year. During the three-year training, apprentice will learn all the details of the important business areas and get a special look behind the scenes of the sanotact online business. The educational content is a part of the in-company training, e.g. the content development and management on all online sales channels. Apprentice creates and optimizes product data, is involved in the planning and development of online marketing campaigns, is working on various e-commerce processes and even uses his own creativity when working on project concepts. Operational activities and customer contact are part of daily routine tasks.
