At this year’s Anuga (the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages) on October 8th, Michael Naujock presented our colleague Johannes Lürwer with the BESTSELLER Award.
To determine the winning products, the actual sales data from the InfoScan trade panel of the market research institute IRI and the data from the GFK market analyzes from the entire German food trade (stores from 200 m² without discount) and the drugstores are taken as a basis. An independent advisory board, made up of buyers and managing directors of leading retail organizations, the editor-in-chief of RUNDSCHAU for the food trade, marketing experts and the management of Circana and Consumer Panel Service GFK, determines the winners from the top 5 of the respective product categories.
